Hood Blisters

Do the Hood Blisters just bolt onto the stock flat hood, or are they recessed in like the Z28 hood louvers. I'm thinking of buying them for my 91 camaro from Hawks thirdgen parts on this site. I can't find them anywhere else.

They use the IROC/Z28 hood. They would look like **** if you tried to put them on a flat hood.

I guess I'll look into a Cowl Induction hood from Cervini. I just didn't want to spend that much yet.

Are you sure these don't bolt onto the stock flat hood?

Just as Blue502 said it doesn't fit.It will look like crap, like in that picture,if you put it on a stock hood.In that pic,it looks like they warped the hood to installing them.

I'd like to see that hood on another color car. I've heard Cervini's products are really well made, and I like the "no line down the middle" look.

Yeah, you need an IROC/Z28 hood. I thought I saw a picture of a Camaro with blisters on here that looked like they were farther apart than normal... anyone remember it? I think it was teal
