My new 4thgen seat track is jammed, can't budge it

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T56 6-Speed
My new 4thgen seat track is jammed, can't budge it
The driver seat is power, that went in perfectly, the right side of the track on the passenger seat is stuck, it will NOT budge no matter what i do, i tried prying on the peice thats supposed to pull out.. no dice.. its like its locked or something.. anyone had this problem?
