Bumper painting..any tips

How can i do my own paint job on my front and rear bumpers. They are cracking due to prev owner's cheap *** paint job. I can peel the paint off with my hand, so getting it off and sanding is not a problem.

Can i use a type of store bought spraypaint that matches my car color, or do I NEED to get something like an airbursh/spraygun. i do not have access to a professional air compresor.
All I need is a good flexible paint and osme clearcoat. Brand names please
Thanks!

If you want it to look good for a long time, you should get a spraygun and get some good paint. The spraycan stuff might look good for a little while, but it won't be long before it starts looking really bad.

you'll need to add a flexible addative to the paint, otherwise it'll crack and peel again as soon as you tap someone.
GM has a formula for the addative and i think you can get it at GM parts.
