4th gen convertible seatbelt retainers

Just came in yesterday. They have a large slot opening in the top of the upper arm. Makes it easy to fit the seatbelt through it. Doesn't look real clean though. I mean, it is a rather large slot. Cutting the coupe version retainers would actually make a cleaner looking installation. But, they are "factory" so what the hay.........
