88 camaro hatchback noise...
I figure this might be impossible for you to know, but I ask anyway. I have this non-stop rattle/tapping comeing from the passenger side of the hatch when the car is moveing. I cant find it, and its makeing me insane!
I was just hopeing that this is a common problem, and someone can point me in the right direction. Any ideas welcome.

Car: 88 Pontiac Trans Am (crap)

Transmission: TH-700R4 (crap)
Axle/Gears: 2.73 (crap)
one of the things it could be is the torx bolt that the latch for the rear seat clips over.
mine did that for a little bit and i tightened one end, then i found out that the sheet metal mount to the body is loose on the other side ( thanks gm! ).
also check the spare tire compartment, if you go over a nasty pothole or bump you can knock the jack in there just enough to tap against the hub of the spare wheel.
these are probably the easiest things to check before you start taking your whole interior apart.

The tire compartmant was where the problem was. The jack was tapping the body, and the lug-nut stuff was rattling arround in there. Thanks for the clue guys!
