Alloy wheel repair

My search didn't yield anything useful, so here goes. Anyone know of a product or method to repair some curb rash on alloy wheels. As far as I can tell, it's just paint damage. I've read about one method, but it was an all-day affair.

The bondo and repaint is the method I read about. It used some Wurth silver wheel paint and clear coat. I was hoping there was some all-in-one putty that would at least eliminate a step.
