Rear Seat floor options

ok so i have been lookin under my car and have noticed a few rust spots underneath both on the drivers side too...damn anyways one is underneath the rear seat and the other one is underneath the drivers seat... im pretty shure this will last till winter time but havent quite seen a place that sells the rear seat floor pan..is there a place that does this? Also sine i will prolly just replace the whole drivers side floor pan in the winter i would like to know if someone has or can write up a tutorial on how to do this correctly.. as this is now gonna be my baby and i would like to get things right the first time lol.. pics would be great if anybody has them of there progress so that it can give me an idea. Also on those replacement floor pans do they come with the umm seat metal brackets that are on the floor pan? or do those have to be reused? thanx again to all and i will have some pics up next week.

If you just have a couple holes I would consider patching it up and doing a full POR-15 treatment. My 2¢.
