door doesnt shut correctly(ALL OF SUDDEN!)

all of sudden, my door wouldnt shut off correctly!
my roller is kinda beat up, but i think it should last for a while still.

is this the bushing or the hinge pins or the roller?
is my door no aligned or something?
all these problems coming up recently to me..

if i wanted new bushing for my door
how long of a labor would it be on a rough guess?
as I dont wanna do this myself caz I know i'll screw myself and will cost me more..
meanwhile I might get a new roller too.

thanks in advance for any thoughts!

try lifting the door from the end of it, and see if there is any play, if the door moves up and down (shouldnt do that..at least not much) time for new pins

If you find that there is play (15 years of usage), then get the following item.
Top-DownSolutions.com

Install can take from 2-5 hours depending on experience and tools available.
