Is this normal for my hood?

I just got the car back on the road after having the engine replaced. the front nose is near the hood is not flush and I have almost slam the hood to make it latch. Is there any way to fix this with minor amount of money? I do need a paint job but that isnt the main concern right now. Any guidance and knowing about the front nose would be helpful.

guys

Hood needs to be adjusted and the nose is warped.

Thats what I thought; unforunately right now I cant do anything about it; as far as the nose being warped; unless there is something that can be done to fix it without installing a new one. and adjusting the hood as well.
