Damn, that's nice. I was just going to put the car in epoxy primer, but that is the red I want if I go with painting it.

I have this ^^^ exact paint in the basement with plans to paint my truck Massey Ferguson Red. With 11 years now having passed since you did this job I'm wondering how it has held up. Any chalking or fading? Is the car mostly left outdoors or garaged?

I can tell you from personal experience with this paint it will lose its gloss faster than normal. Google “alkyd enamel” and you’ll find info. I would still use it on a work truck or something if I needed a cheap paint job, just be prepared to keep it buffed/waxed.
