New are actually old staock parts that were never sold - they show up on ebay every so often, about $200 anymore for a set.
Most used will have the same issue as yours, broken plastic studs - but might be able to snag a used set in better shape than yours. But don't expect to get a used set with all tabs in tact cheaper than the "New".
Alot of folks get bolts and use 5 min epoxy, smooth out on the louver where the plastic stud is broken, and epoxy 1/4" bolts to the louver - then use nuts on the underside. Make sure to use alot of epoxy, and cover the head of the bolt in glue so that it'll hold well.

Pretty sure Hawks third gen sells them, but I could be wrong. I know for a fact that I saw the 91-92 blisters on there.
