So which do I do first?

A reply to one of my previous posts got me thinking so I wanted to get your opinions. I have all the mechanical stuff done on my 84 T/A and am ready for prep for paint and the interior. I have almost all the parts for my interior color change plus a new B&M shifter for the console. Do I do the body and paint before the interior or do all the interior stuff before paint and body? I was planning on doing body and paint first to avoid overspray and dust in the new interior, but this would give more oportunities to put dings in the paint.

Thanks

Its really a personal choice. You can either paint first and be careful when putting the interior back in, or out the interior back in and make sure you tape off and cover everything you dont want paint on. As long as you take your time and do things right either way, you should be fine.
