H.I.D. lights. Cant find answers to my question

84 camaro

I wanted to install all new H.I.D. lights but my problem is i can only find conversion kits for just the two outer head lights.

How or where do I go about getting conversion kit for all four headlights?

Re: H.I.D. lights. Cant find answers to my question

Rallylights.com is where you want to go, fast and friendly, did my whole housing setup through them, with H.I.D.s, and used a mechanical bi-xenon in my lows. E-code lenses from Hella, light pattern is perfect and never once have I gotten flashed by other drivers, which by the way should be the number one concern when doing H.I.D. conversions. If you blind on coming traffic, the can kill you.

Re: H.I.D. lights. Cant find answers to my question

For your 92 the lows are "HL79566 165mm ECE H4 Hi-Lo Conversion Headlamp". For highs, it's "HL79565 165mm H1 Conversion High Beam E-code Headlamp."

You dont want HID on your hi-beams.You will just blind oncoming traffic, but two HID kits would do the job.Dont need a special kit.

I got my H.I.D.s on e-bay, but I dont exactly remember what company they were. I used h-4 mechanical bi-xenons, 6k, with digital slim ballasts. The company was out of california, and I made sure that they had a customer service line so I could call them first about their product. They also had a 2 year defect warranty. I also didnt use H.I.D.s for highs, as they take too long to warm up. I used sylvania h1's for highs. The mechanical bi-xenon works well though, because it physically moves the capsule for high beam use.
P.S. I haven't had one single issue with my H.I.D.s in 3 yrs. No flicker, no ballast issues, nothing. I'll see if I can find the original box to let you know who shipped them.

The H4 bi-xenon HIDs work OK, at best.I had them on my bike before retrofitting E55 projectors.

I got mine from xenonrider.com they are Goldeneye brand.Very good quality, but i now have DDM since switching over to projectors.DDM is pretty damn good.

Funny I've had them on my car for almost 3 years and not one single problem.

What i meant by "work" is how well the H4 put light on the road.!Not about any issues with function or reliablity.

Re: H.I.D. lights. Cant find answers to my question

Thats what the E-code lenses do. I had problems the first time around because I bought ebay H-4 housings. Crap lighting pattern. Hella E-codes, my light pattern is better than stock sealed beam H.I.D.s on Acura TL's.
