Z28 Hood Blisters

Do yours hold water? Seems like there should be a drain so the water doesn't puddle on top of them. Just the other day the blisters filled with water and froze solid.

Re: Z28 Hood Blisters

where are they holding water, at the top near the windshield? when mine was running, it would hold a little water there, I just brushed it off. unless you wanna drill the slots on the back of the blisters, there is really nothing you can do about it.

Hey 91Ttop, nice to see another Kentuckian; I'm located in Bardstown.

The blisters hold water where the black is on them. See picture; the blister on the driver side. I'm not going to be concerned with it if it's normal, I'm just trying to make sure that it's normal.

yeah, mine holds water there too. its just where the hood goes down and the blister is raised. nothing you can really do about it unless you wanna drill. just the design of the hood. actually in tennesee......in clarksville, but i claim kentucky since i'm stationed at Ft. Campbell
