Re: Door removal
Welcome...
Here you'll find equal parts of wisdom from experienced guys,
and BS from gas-bags, so Caveat Emptor.
A couple of recommendations...
1) The older/experienced guys appreciate grammar & good punctuation.
We enjoy passing on the benefit of our experience (i.e. the mistakes
we made), but not so much if we can't understand your inquiry.
2) The sight has been active a long time, so the archives are deep.
And the search-engine is very effective. More often than not, you
can probably find a thread that will help with your specific problem.
That being said, I think access to remove the door hinge is behind the
fender. (I'll confirm this later, when I go check on mine in the workshop
15 mi's away. Long boring story.)
I know there are several good threads about window removal -- the
search engine is you friend.
Again, welcome and good luck.

Re: Door removal
there are 5 bolts on the outside of the car behind the fender. and the 6th you have to remove the kick panel to get to. they are either 13 mm or 14 mm maybe 15 mm. you can remove the door without removing the fender but, its a lot easier to do it with the fender off since you wont have to reach in from the wheel well. if you are doing it by yourself which i dont suggest put a jack under the back of the door to support it and be ready to hold it up and keep it from tilting and flipping off when you remove the last bolt

Re: Door removal
So in reality how hard is it going to be for me to get a set of doors from a junkyard then?

Re: Door removal
Set up a ladder over the door and use straps to hang it from the ladder as you remove or re-install it.
