I bought a replacement fiberglass aero spoiler for my formula from a guy on CL. But it didn't come with the two metal clips that go on the tips by the glass. is there anywhere I can buy these clips.

My aftermarket aero wing didn't use the clips, basically it was a screw on the bottom side of each tip that would slide in to the stock bracket on the glass. Depending on what wing you got, that may be the same design. It does have "pockets" under the arms that looks like the stock style clips would fit in to, but I don't know if they would or not.

The clips are 2 on each side and they are actually part of a black metal strip that is on the side/frame of the hatch glass.

I'm sure you can find these clip strips used.
