Brand New VFN Fiberglass Hood
Just picked up my new 6" bolt on Sunoco hood from VFN Fiberglass. It looks really clean, everything is finished off nicely, lots of bracing underneath. Very impressed with it. I will see what fit is like in a couple of days

Re: Brand New VFN Fiberglass Hood
Just had hood painted, was not the best of jobs, but it was free. I plan to paint the whole car next year, but at least you can see how the hood fits. I did not have to make any changes to the hood, it fit right from the box.

Im confused... Your car is red. Why did you paint the hood black? Unless you're planning on painting the rest of the car black soon... I hope.

You might want to loosen up your hood pins a bit. I can see a slight depression around them. I had the same issue with my pins as well. I guess you plan on using body filler as well to cover up the depression too? What kind are they? Lockers? I don't see a pin.

Already did, hood adjuster was just to high, these are the quik-latch pins, http://www.quik-latch.com/ They are different the traditional hood pin with a laynard
