Re: Hood Hinge Bolts
Not sure of the size, but they’re the same bolts that hold the fenders on. You can take one out of a fender and match it at the hardware store, or just buy a set of fender bolts from Hawks below.

Re: Hood Hinge Bolts
I checked my usual reference books and the exact bolt isn't called out, or at least I couldn't find it on a cursory search. I'm sure I've got the bolts from my project car bagged and tagged somewhere but I don't really have time to go digging that deep right now.
Just off the top of my head, they'll likely be an M6 thread, with a free spinning washer, and 10mm hex head. Fender bolts are at least very similar, but the hinge bolts might be just a hair longer since they have to go through another layer of steel.
The real fun begins when you dig through the bolt bin and find a few of the right size and type bolt, but they have three different head stampings because GM used different vendors over the years. Then you get to nitpick over which one is correct for the car, and finding that the ones in your bolt bin don't have the right markings, then you find one with correct markings, but it's a rusty pitted mess with 10 coats of indestructible paint...
