Each side of the metal filler tray may need to be jacked/bent/pulled up to line things up better.
it's really easy to do, even by hand.

Line the hood up to the fenders first. Then adjust the nose to the hood and adjust the headlights last.

I get it but I got nothing to push/pull on?

I get that I am trying to find out how the bumper adjusts to the hood?

If I remember right, I used a jack and short 2x4 from the bottom to push up on the metal parts in the low areas. Do the hood/fender/headlights 1st, then the bumper.

The mounting bolts and nuts for the steel filler panel, triangle brace (under the filler panel), bumper to filler panel and the impact absorber have some adjustment.

I tried when it was up on lift and couldn't get much through -definitely not a 2x4 i have a under car pole jack and tried - very little room with bumper and shroud in way

well I'll have to see when I get it up in the air next time I had tried all that I could see had it off couple times as I added an Aluminum impact bar and had to trim some of the plastic absorber sine impact bar was similar but different thanks for suggestions guys! I need to finish assembling the new engine for it and get it back in my shop - its been hibernating in my garage till I'm ready to start the teardown- motor trans crossmember suspension brakes and wiring coming out to paint engine bay and reassemble
