Braking issue

I have a 89 Formula 350. When I brake it sometimes wants to steer to the left by itself. Sometimes alot sometimes a little bit. Its not a pull that would have to make me hold it straight with force. Just enough that if I was slightly on the wheel or not at all the car would pull to the left. Im thinking it might be a tie road issue possibly. I just dont know if its inner or outer and if it would do this only if it were an inner tire rod issie or outer tie rod issue. Any and all insight and help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You might consider a brake hose issue.
