Rear Brake Tick? simple fix?
My family is very into camaros and have had several all third generation our favorite was a 1991 z28 convertible beautiful car and we have had a 92 rs convertible and now we have an 87 base convertible but all of them have made the same noise from the right rear a weird ticking and squealing while accelerating it gets louder as well as while stopping but it just doesn't stop except when stopped of course we think that the brake is disengaging all the way but we cant figure it out any ideas or anyone experienced this
we were thinking about changing to a disc brake and changing the whole axle to 3:73 gears

This noise is not typical of these cars. Couple of things could cause this. First, pull the wheel and drum and make sure oyur brake shoe retainers are tight. Second, make sure your wheel center is tight and finally, torque your lug nuts to spec - and if you're missing a lug stud, replace it.
