1987 305 5 sp. 4 sale.
1987 camaro 305 engine, 5sp trans. no rust at all. no major mods. some of the clear is peeling, so it could use a paint job. Someone tried to steal it a while back, and messed up the ignition cylinder and some of the plastic around it. I have a whole steering column lined up from a buddy for $50. solid car. $2000. call dan at 219-616-0015. car is in south Chicago/NW indiana area. Pictures available on request.

the title says its an 87... Vin number matches up... I used to have an 86 and it had that exact nose... I think they refer to these type of camaro as a "sport coupe" Im almost positive it isnt a RS or Z28. To my knowledge, both of these types had the ground effects package, and the solid nose that i think you are talking about.

the car is on the south side, almost indiana at my grandparents. Im about 2 minutes from the border on avenue d. Car has a 305 which is carbed. Ill check on the VIN for you when i get home from work, and will send you a PM, or post it here. In the meantime, give me a ring at 219-616-0015 if you are at all interested. I will call my buddy about the column tonite. Its not the whole column, just the ignition cylinder that is bad. (car will start with a screwdriver) Im guessing the car would probably make it to indy... ive only driven it about 25 miles in the couple months ive owned the car, but it did pretty well. Give me a call at 219-616-0015. I could work something out where id meet you half way to prove the car can do distance. If you are serious, call me and ill give you the particulars, as well as some options.
