The motor is a L31 New GM built shortblock with 9 3/4 to 1 compression. Hydroutectic Pistons. GM LT4 Hot Cam 525/525 228/218 specs (full Roller)with Crane Gold Roller rockers. L31 Vortec Heads machined by Summit Racing to accept the additional lift. Stock Water Pump and balancer. Edelbrock Air Gap Intake with a Barry Grant Mighty Demon Mechanical secondary (650cfm)



The Transmission is the stock 700R4 built by Buds Transmissions in Hillsborough Ohio. B&M light kit put in with a 2400 stall converter and cooler. They also added a vette servo but with no computer controls it really does nothing.



Stock rear 10 bolt, I added a Eaton 28 spline posi unit with US Gear 3:73 gears. Still has the stock drum brakes. 1997 Camaro SS aluminum drive shaft. The rear suspension is all tubular Panhard rod, Lower Control arms and LCA relocation brackets. Front suspension was completely rebuilt using stock parts and PST pollygraphite bushings.



The only problems with the car is the turn signals are not working and I have been too busy with the new daughter to get a new switch. I know Years ago the car was in an accident (before 97 when I Got it) and the passenger floor pan is a little bent up. The car was repaired correctly and has NO rust. The T-Tops do not leak. I hate to sell it but I feel the family needs something bigger to travel in and I need something to pull a car trailer with.
