Here is my 1985 Z28 and this car is in mint condition. I am only the second owner of the beautiful, LOW MILES, show room quality car. I bought this car in october of 2002 from an old man here in my home town. I just happend to be passing by and noticed this camaro under a car cover in his garage so to make a long story short, he asked me if i wanted to buy it... and i did. My original plan was to keep this car forever and it would just be my pride and joy for the rest of my life.. But as most people know, sometimes you get into debt and the only way to get out is to give up something you love...So here we are..
Most every thing is orginal on this car, except the cd player that the original owner had installed and the new tires he had to put on it as well, since the orginal tires had flat spotted from sitting in his garage all the time. When i purchased this car it had 19,900 miles on it. Now the milage sits at 21,873. Needless to say in the 4 years I have owned this car. I have'nt given it much driving time. I have kept this car in a nice, warm, dry place for the years I have owned it and its been started often to keep the seals oiled. Although I haven't driven it much I have this crazy obsession with third gen camaros and keeping them nice, so i have changed the oil many times. The interior is perfect other than being a little dusty and on the drivers seat there is one little funky circle patch or something. ( I'll include it in a pic)

The body is so clean on this car it just amazes me everytime i take the cover off to look at it. Under the car is just as clean with NO RUST! Its awesome you can still look around this car and find the original undercoating in the engine bay and around the wheel wells. The motor is a 5.0 305 but it feels like you just pulled her off the showroom floor in 1985. Everything is so smooth and there are no rattles or noises. I can't believe how the stock 700R4 tranny will do 2nd gear scratches every time. This car is so amazing to drive.
Unfortunatly I am selling this car because my passion for third gen camaros is so great that now I own 3 82-92 camaros and my girl is making me sell a few of them. We just bought a house in june and I can barely afford the payments. I know I know.. I am going to kick myself in the head in a few years for selling.. but I'm sorry guys.. My heart is in a different place right now and sometimes ya just have to give up something you love and hope somthing better may come along.
