'88 IROC Convertible Project

A lot of boring details written for local consumers, In a nut shell I have a folder with $50K of receipts. I am moving and can't keep them both.
The engine I built started life as a two bolt main 400 small block from an early 70’s Chevy. I was told by builders of the time that the two bolt block is a stronger platform with thicker webs, higher nickel count and less freeze plugs.
I wanted to build a 406, but the only crank available at the time was cast not forged. I bought a Proline nodular crank from Summit Racing and while the crank was at Moldex Crankshaft beining balances Proline came out with the 400, but money spent and shorter stroke sounded good.
I spent dozens of hours de-burring the castings inside the block making as smooth as possible.
I had Diamond Engineering machine the block with splayed main caps, Childs & Albert connecting rods and JE .30 over forged pistons using all good ARP and many 12 point fasteners.
It has Dart Iron Eagle 202 heads. We upgraded the valves, springs and keepers.
Peter D was known for building offshore engines and a lot of bad assed drag cars. He had his shop in Westland Michigan before heading to Islamorada blue printed and assembled the long block and I got a Excell Super Ram F.I system from my buddy at Mr Gasket and they were going to run the engine in at Kevin’s shop in Wixom, but ended up leaving for Detroit Diesel before running the on the Dyno.
Joel on Joy built the 700R4 with all the best parts available in the mid 90’s including Art Carr torque converter. Joel also set up a new 12 Bolt Richmond rear end. I have nearly $35K between the engine trans and rear end. I upgraded the suspension to Heitds and Spoon and have frame connected with a six point roll bar that was installed while the weight was all there, but still need to weld in the frame connectors and aluminum drive shaft.
I have a new Griffin radiator with twin fans and, new analog S&W gauges Recaro seats. I have dozens of other high end parts that don’t come to mind, but have Baer Brakes Corvette caliper upgrades most everything on the engine that is aluminum has been polished and powder coated and the paint is Spies Hector that looks like new except one chip in the center of the hood. I used ’92 Corvette Quasar blue and ’92 Camaro white. Easily fixed.
I am asking $15K or best reasonable offer.
Thanks for looking.
