Denon?

Anyone know where I can get a Denon CD player??? I've searched and searched the internet, but I cannot find anyone that carries them.

There was a shop near me that did, but they stopped carrying them about 2 yrs after I bought mine (1990).

Help??

Is there any reason that you want one so bad? Denon got out of the car audio world because they had horribly unreliable equipment and the warranty claims were killing them. They recently got back into car audio with the D1 and Z1 decks, but they retail for around $2k each, and their reliability is still yet to be proven.

If you really want a denon, check ebay. There's always a huge amount of refurbished stuff being sold.

If you want one that only plays cds about 10% of the time because the spindle motor is shot, let me know. I'll pull it out of my Jimmy and give you a hell of a deal.

I was afraid of that (them not selling anymore).

And IIRC, I didn't ask for a review......

I'm not saying I'm fixed on getting one, it's just curiousity I guess.
