350 Swap - Idle Problems w ccc qjet

Hi,

I'm still struggling with idle problems after a swap to a 350. I've retained the ccc system with emissions equipment. It smells like its running rich at idle and the mc sol dwell is 50 when it goes into closed loop mode.

It's an L69 car that I have swapped a 350 with ZZ4 cam and intake manifold with Hedman headers, and 1.6 rockers on the intakes. The nominal intake cam timing is 208 at 0.050 and probably 210 or 211 with the 1.6 rockers. I previously found out my fuel pressure was too high and thought that was all of the problem but with it at about 5.5 psi its still very rich at idle. It does look like its has nozzle drip, so I suspect its a idle circuit problem. Any thoughts from you guys with more experience with this carb than me??

IIRC (and I don't always RC), dwell should be 30 degrees on the 6 cyl setting.
