Electric fuel pumps.
Are there many electric pumps that could be installed in the engine bay,say somewhere in the frame rail area, where the fuel line comes up.Is it to far for the pump to pull from the rear.I may consider putting one in if i could install it up there instead of under the car.

Pumps push better than they pull. That's especially true given the design of electric pumps.

Thanks Five 7,I searched and found that was the general consensus.I just thought that maybe there may have been one that was suitable.

I'm running an Aeromotive pump on the '57. It needs to be as close to the tank as possible.
