88 IrocZ Vert sent me an IM based on this post I made in the parts needed board. He said he had everything I needed except for the window switches. He told me they were still in the parts car, and he needed to pull them, but we settled on the price of $175 shipped. I sent him the money on July 4th.

I knew it was a holiday week, and I told him I needed the parts by mid-August, because I was moving, and would change addresses then. So I wasn't really expecting anything for a while. The first week of August, I tried to make contact with him to see how it was going, because he said he'd get them to me around the beginning of the month. No response.

I wait a few days, and then send him an IM that I was going to report the transaction to Paypal if he didn't let me know what was up. He immediately responded from Away mode that his father had died just after the fourth, and that his grandfather died the week following. I apologized for his family's misfortune, and asked him to stay in touch about when the parts would arrive. He said that he had half of them pulled at this point.

I have tried to get in contact with him once a week, every week since. He won't answer my IM's anymore, and now I'm bringing this back to ThirdGen. I just want my parts, or my money. I PM'd him on here two days ago, and he hasn't answered it yet, either. Even though he was online here yesterday.

Still no update from him. And he's still trying to sell stuff to people on here. Can the mods do anything about this?

No the mods can't technically do anything. Besides offer this board, and the feedback system so hopefully people see this. Did you leave negative feeback on his classified ratings too?

I did now. I could have sworn that the last time I tried it wouldn't let me because it was on the parts wanted section, and not the for sale section. Worked fine this time.
