Need help with wrinkles – Pictures included

I am installing my own top, the good news is I have not done any cutting or riveting. I have wrinkles, i need to know where to tighten to get rid of them.

First, the side window flaps are glues and screwed in place with the trim. My question is does the bottom corner come further out and cover the edge of the trim?

The drivers side above it the better of the two.

I have wrinkles on both sides in the same spot, the rear bow is glued, the 2nd and 3rd bow are not screwed in with the metal rails and the front bow is just clamped.

... And I have a saggy glass window, I think will tighten up when I do the 2nd and third bow.

I know someone had this trouble and someone helped them but did niot say how they did it , take a look at your vert does the corner in the windows stand way out? Any thought, ideas, plans would be great I can always re-glue. Thanks
