Top coming off from rear bow- which adhesive should i use?

Car: 88 firebird convertible
Engine: 305 tbi v8
Top coming off from rear bow- which adhesive should i use?
Its peeling from the rear bow, besides rubber cement is there anything else i can use? Also, any methods for keeping it onto the bow while it dries? Thanks yall
