I have a 1990 Iroc convertible, it does have a salvage title because it was hit. the frame horns where bent so I replaced them.Even though it it is heavily modified I was told it was 1 of 3 cars that where stripe delete and headlight bucket delete. The car has 6 point chromoly cage with swing out bars,The car has a strange 12 bolt rear with aluminum girdle, adjustable a arms, tubular k member from spohn, tubular spohn control arms, Bmr trek pack torque arm, spohn subframe connectors,The car has 4 piston wildwood brakes on the front, and 4th gen disc brakes, I have new rotors and pads for the car not installed, autometer gauges, b&m billet shifter, real fiberglass Iroc hood, with cut louvers, clear taillights only one installed, no motor, no ac, cracked dash pad, paint is fair, it is a white car, I have 4l65e built for 1000rwhp with converter, pst drive shaft, pulled motor for my 69 Camaro, it has pst ls harnes, 2" ls headers, painless harness, Recaro seats, but it is project.hard to come up with a price but I want it gone, no free car but I have to many cars right now.

Re: value

The hardest part is the fact it has a salvage or rebuilt title. Your price should reflect that regardless of what the issue is or was and if or if not it was fixed. Keep in mind someone was probably paid out for the Total and they bought the car back, or someone bought the car for pennies on the dollar and rebuilt it. The end of the day the old rule of thumb is 50% today it seems closer to 75% of the full value.

With that in mind, get an online price estimator based on what the car would be stock and go from there. Your mods might or might not add to the price just because they cost you money, a potential owner might not see it that way. I know too many people buy a new car, mod it, and then when they try to sell it, the car is worth so much less than if they just left it stock, it is a risk to modify a car.
