how to replace thermostat on V6
I need to replace my thermo on my 2.8 V6. Are there any tricks or problems in doing so, or is it pretty staight forward? It looks very tight like the throttle body is in the way. Any help would be great! thanks

The best advice ever for your situation:
BUY THE CHILTON'S TOTAL CAR CAR MANUAL!!
If you are fixing your ride yourself then it will help immensely. For the money, it's a great book. Very detailed with pictures and easy explanations.

Well, I replaced my thermo, it works excellent! It was an original stat from 1987. I put in the 180 degree and no overheating. Awesooome I'm so happy! Thanks for the help. fbgirl
