I think I have tried everything and my dual fans still don't work.

I have grounded the relay.... Fans work.... Shows relay is good
Powered the fans directly.... Fans work.... Shows fans work

Changed out temp sensor in the head with a new AC Delco one
Even got a new computer for it.

I swear I have done more but I can't think of it now.

So where should I look at the wires. From testing I know I don't have to look between the relay and the fans.

They also don't work with the A/C but I do not know if there is any refrigerant in there to build pressure or not.

Ok, here is a more exact question... What wire would I test going INTO the computer to see if it is sensing temp correctly

and also which wire would I test coming OUT of the computer to see if the computer IS actually telling the relay to open and its just not getting the message.

The ac compressor/fan switch is mounted in the compressor head. If you unplug the connector and use a paper clip to jumper the wires while the ignition is in the run position the fans (both) should come on no matter what the temperature is outside.
Also please remember these systems are designed to run within a narrow temperature window. the thermostat prevents the system from running below 192/195 and the ECM tells the main fan to come on first. If that is not enough then the fan switch in the passenger cylinder head kicks them BOTH on at 220 or so. What you may think is too hot may actually be normal. I have experienced that if my system does not run at at least 180 my torque converter lockup will not engage and it will not go into "closed loop" mode. There is so much info on this site, if you spend some time just looking and reading you will find your answers.

Thanks Mike. Mour talking about the small round plug on the back of the ac compressor. The other one is for the clutch... correct?

I jumpered it with the car in the run position and got nothing. What does this tell me? Sounds like a dumb question. I am going to try and trace those wires back but Im hoping it narrows it down some since that test failed and others passed.

I didn't check the temp sensor yet but I highly doubt it is that because I already replaced it. It didnt work on the previous sensor and still doesn't work with the new AC Delco sensor.

scratch that... found the correct plug to jumper and the passenger fan comes on. Drivers does not.

Figured it out! They work. Gauge is just way off. It has to peg the gauge for a few minutes before they come on. Was scared to overheat it so I wouldnt let it peg to long but tonight I said screw it and let it keep going and after a few minutes pegged it came on.
