Innovate LC-1 WB O2 Help

so I got my WB O2 hooked up and running but when I go into Log Works it says I'm running like 22:1+ at idle, if I throttle it it dips to like 14:1 but any steady throttle its at 22:1 or higher, even if I dump way to much fuel into the car through custom prom,
I did the install and setup exactly how they siad, did the free air calbration etc.
on my 5V output its putting out about 1.8V

I'm using a USB to Serial could this be part of my problem?
is my O2 possibly no good?

any help would be great

usb/serial is prob OK. check the fuel setting. should be "gas 14.7" unless you are ethanol blend 14.3(?). defaults to "custom" at times.

now as a side note i had similar experience. i ran old software and it showed 13.0/1. ran logworks2 and it shows 15.8/1. but seperate WOT runs a week apart and much cooler and longer pull at load. so i need to do another blast and log.
