OBD-1 or DLC?

An employee at Advanced Auto told me that my 88 Camao is not OBD-1 type computer, but something else, maybe he said LDC? or something like that, is this true? I thought all the 82-92 camaros were OBD-1? Doesn't OBD-1 just refer to the 'generation' of the computer system...???
