DIACOM Cables

Do the DIACOM cables work with any of the other scanner software like TunerPro?

Thanks,

Re: DIACOM Cables

They do not. Diacom uses the parallel port while most (all??) others use the serial port. Or a cable that uses a USB port.

Re: DIACOM Cables

Thanks,

got a 65 Chevelle that a guy put a LT1 in and having problems getting it tostart. He used a 93 computer so all of my OBD II stuff does not work. I had the Old DIACOM but have lost it many years ago, except for the cable.

Any goo recommendations for a scanner and cable?

Thanks,

jim
