4l60-e stand alone computer

i am going to try to make a 4l60-e stand alone computer since i recently picked up a 4l60-e for 50 bucks with 30.000 miles on it i was looking through a gm service manuel and i see that it has a 1-2 shift silonoid
2-3 shift silonoid
3-2 silonoid
vss
tcc siloniod
tcc pulse width siloniod
line pressure silionoid

so it sounds simple i was thinking that if we can use a 165 ecm since we could use the injector drivers for the line presure siloniod and tcc pulse width siloniod and then it would be a matter of relayes for the 1-2, 2-3, 3-2 ones we will need a tps and tach input to get load on the trans or tps and vss but i will need to code a chip to make it work only problem is i lack that nowlage right now but there are some good coders out there i was just wondering if anyone would be up to the chalange of trying to get this all put together
this is just an alturnative to running a diesel ecu (if that will even work) anyways let me know

first problem the shift seleniods are PWM. second problem the line pressure seleniod is PWM. your best bet is to grab a 4l60E truck pcm 93-95 and just zero out the fuel and saprk tables and use the shift contrroler.

The 165 only has one injector driver.
Diesel PCMs have been used.
My suggestion is, just use a PCM that's meant to be used with that tranny.
You VSS on that tranny would take even more work to be seen correctly by one on the earlier ecms.

Which one can you edit?.
www.tunercat.com has a bunch of the gas truck editoring stuff. You'd have to look to see if he has a Diesel Editor.
