Help with Zeitronix WBo2??
Guys,
Does anyone have a phone number for Zeitronix?
My ZT2 died some time ago. I tested the box with known good cables and a sensor and it proved the box was defective.
I emailed Zeitronix about the problem, and they gave me an address and suggested that I send it back.
So I sent it back over a month ago, with a letter explaining the problem, and my contact details.
Two weeks later I emailed them to ask if they had received it and got no answer.
Today, a month after sending it, I sent an email, also asking if they had it. I also had a friend email them at the same email address, expressing interest in buying a WB kit.
They replied to him within 20 minutes!!!! Yet they will not reply to me!!! I am being ignored!! Ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
Does anyone have a phone number I can call them on?? I cannot find one on the website, nor at whitepages.com. I am not in the US, so I don't know how else to search for a phone number. They are located in San Pedro CA.
I have never publicly bashed any vendor, but this is CRAP service!!!

Bummer...............you always liked the unit as I remember.
