Programming LC1 outputs to run meter and datalog
I have my Innovate LC1 running an Innovate meter on one of the outputs of the LC1. I am going to mod my 165 ecm to datalog the LC1 this week. From my understanding the other analog output of the LC1 is programmed to simulate a narrow band output from the factory. I assume I need to reprogram that output to give the same analog signal that the other output is sending to the gauge right now. I think I need a computer with a serial port and innovate's software to do this? I do have some old laptops w/ serial. Has anyone ever reprogrammed the LC1 outputs and is it pretty simple? Thanks, Steve

It is really easy to do in the Innovate software.
Just knowing what scale you want it to output (and match the gauge) is the tricky part.
I use a (0-5 Volt) 10-20 AFR gauge while logging (0-5 Volt) 7.** to 22* AFR.
Basically different scales for each display item.
Do your math up front so you know what values you need to enter into the LC1.

Re: Programming LC1 outputs to run meter and datalog
Since I am using a 10-20 AFR gauge (innovate's own branded gauge, the 2nd output for the LC1 was already programmed for it and it works great) I can program the first analog output to have the same function and then factor this in when I use the bin that's floating around on here already set up for datalogging the LC1 into the 165 right?
