$8D 1227727 WB02
I'm about to start tuning my upper VE and SA tables and I am considering using the innovate MTX WB02. Anybody have any experience with this digital unit and/or which way is best to datalog with WB02? I currently use Datamaster and Tuner cat and was wondering if I should log data separately or connect to the ECM ? Is there a program that will log WB data with Datamaster?
Sorry Lots-O-???...Thank you!

i know nothing about that brand but if it has a 0 to 5 volt output. you should be able to log it using the modded 8D called s_aujp or something like that. the guys here changed up to add all kinds goodies. one being using a extra input to log wideband af

Re: $8D 1227727 WB02
I just received the LC-1 and O-Meter from Moates. I just need to read up on the process to convert my present bin to S_AUJP_1026. I believe that there may be a new version of TunerCat that I need first. I also need to verify which pin on the ECM to use for the WB02 input (C21 or C18)? I also need to locate the proper connector pin & wire. I followed a link to a site, that sells the connectors, but they list them by Mfgr., ie. Delphi etc. and then I was lost again. Which connector do I order? Thanks for the reply!

the lc1 will work forsure, thats what i use.
its been a while since i used 8D, i've moved to a different code now, but if i remember right, the 2 option pins for input are switchable in the bin file itself. under flags. checked it looks at one pin, unchecked it looks at the other.
since you are running a 727 not a 730 your pins will be different type. do a quick search here on how to remove them for your type, i think its the same homemade paper clip tool but not sure. and as for the pins, i hit a local junk yard and cut off a plug. that why i had a lot of spares. but also, you can look thru your wiring diagram and find something with a wire in it that you will never use, my 730 has a few pins that don't get used, i could have swapped. stuff i've removed like air dirvert. canistor purge, some of the ac inputs. i'm pretty sure there will be something in there you won't need. automatic trans stuff if you have a manual
i never used tuner cat, i always used tuner pro. so i'm no help with that.
oh and make sure your pin c21 or c18 are for your 727. most stuff here is for the 730 ecm. its much more common. crossing the pin number from one to the other isn't hard, its all diagrams on here to do it. just gotta remember to make sure which listing its for to start with, so you know to cross it or not.
me and a buddy once crossed over a 93lt1 harness to a 730 ecm on paper then from that pin out to the 727 ecm, since the stock ecm was an under hood as well. and it all ran when we were done. so the info and charts are all here.
just don't get discouraged, it takes time and lots of searching for it all to come together. that and the whole world seems to have moved on to ls based swaps and these forums are a lots slower than before. i don't check in very often, and when i do, its been so long since i did this stuff the first time, its all foggie as to just what i did lol.

Re: $8D 1227727 WB02
I have the MTX in my truck. works fine, just make sure it has a good ground. ive gounded mine to the same wire the ECU is grounded to. I have the 0-5v going to my autoprom and the other output simulating narrow band to the ecu. I'm running tunerpro and have used datamaster, but didn't see where datamaster would be able to log the WB. With tunerpro I have a history table matching my ve table that populates with the WB readings.
