Vortec 383 with EBL - need more low end torque

So I have been trying my hand at tuning, and so far...it runs ok, but lacks the torque I would like out of it. I have a 383 with vortec heads, 90# injectors with 18psi VRFPR, 50mm TBI. I have been running a lot of VE learns, changing the timing tables up a bit (Have used Doober's table and Fast355) to no avail. Here is a Datalog of my most recent run along with the bin that was run. Any help is appreciated

edit: updated bin datalog

Edit again: So I feel pretty dumb, as I was going through the datalogs, I realized that it was only giving me like 7* at idle and max was about 20* at WOT. I found that I had not zeroed out my SA - Coolant Comp Bias SA. After zeroing this table out, the difference was almost night and day. This was mainly noticeable at WOT. While there is a little more low end torque, I still think there is more to be had. I didn't datalog my last drive unfortunately, but will post back once I get one in.

Here is the new datalog and bin:

There is a supplied BIN that has truck Vortec SA tables. Can compare what you have to those.

The vortec truck SA tables really do not work well for even a stock vortec truck. The Express runs a very F-car LT1 like advance table with no detonation even in hot weather. A 160*F thermostat, thicker 454 radiator and an extreme duty fan clutch keep my coolant around 170*F year round. Once you reduce the operating temperature the cast iron vortec heads love timing to an extent. I went from barely 250 RWTQ to over 300 RWTQ from tuning alone. The motor was a stock L31 with 1.6:1 roller rockers and a stock 3/4 ton style exhaust.

Awesome, is there a location where I could obtain the Express SA tables?
