tuner pro readings

Can somebody tell me how to upload tuner pro readings (datalog?) into a post here? I have over 15 minutes of data and would like some help on analyzing it.

Re: tuner pro readings

Need to zip it first, then attach it as a file.

You can also e-mail it to me directly and I can take a look. ultm8z@yahoo.com.

1990 350 TPI.... $8D correct?

What question are you attempting to answer with the data? Is there some malfunction symptom or signature you're trying to idenfity?

Re: tuner pro readings

This data appears to be all at idle speed.

Some things I'm noticing...

1.) Block learn is 148. While that doesn't mean your mixture is actually lean, it means your VE tables need to be richened up to get you back to the ideal 128.

2.) Per your email, you deleted the AIR system. You'll want to zero out the AIR Divert O2 mV Rich/Lean Threshold Reduction. It biases the O2 voltage reading by 100 mV when the AIR system is engaged.

3.) With EGR disabled, you'll want to disable the switch EGR diagnostic error flag.

What PROM mask are you running? I assume you haven't modified the calibration at all?

What issues are you having? Other than what I listed above, everything looks nominal.

Re: tuner pro readings

Hi again,

This is what was done to the chip:
350 chip
delete EGR
delete AIR pump
delete code 32
set the fan temp

I believe mask is $8D. Engine is not running smooth. It is missing, surging occassionally. I was thinking on re-setting the timing and IAC. Also replacing Os sensor. If nothing changes then replacing the computer. Thanks for your help.

Re: tuner pro readings

Before you do all of that, I'd verify things like your ignition system and fuel system... could be something as simple as a bad ignition coil...
