Ignition stuff
What are the best ignition components for a 86 IROC w/ 305 TPI? It is completely stock.

I would say a CD amplifier box like the MSD 6AL. Don't expect a performance gain with just an ignition upgrade like an MSD6 unless your stock ignition isn't working properly. The MSD will give you much greater range when it comes to tuning though. So it has performance potential.
Colder sparkplugs will allow you to run slightly leaner with the same spark advance which also gives you some more tuning room.
