Power Locks - Fogs and Lighter Out

What on earth do these three have in common ?
I checked (and replaced) all of my fuses. I want to change
the fog lamps but cannot for the life of me figure out how to
get my fat hands back there to do it.

Ideas?

Your foglights are powered through fusible links, If they break no power goes to the lights. Get a voltmeter and check for power at the foglights. I think the door locks are also powered through fusible links. The links are down near the starter(I think, I couldn't find mine on my '85 TA though) They look like real thick wires spliced between 2 smaller guage wires. Also, for the foglights, does the switch light up? If it does than the fogs have power. Hope this helps a little.

Switch does not light up
are the switch and fogs all in series ? I am wondering if a
burnt bulb would cause that ?

I'll look for those links

I don't think a burnt bulb would cause it, but I'm not sure. You can check for power at the relay though. No power there means there is no power in the entire fog light circuit.
