TBI to Carb-- VATS question
Okay I have a 91 RS with the LO3. The rings are shot in the LO3, and I am getting a sweet deal on a wrecked Camaro with a mildly modded L69, and I wanna pull the LO3 out and put in the L69.
I know I need an AFPR and all that, but if I take the ECM out, how will the VATS react? I don't want it to disable my car!
A friend of mine posted this for me in the Motor Swap forum as well, but I haven't got any replies thus far and figured maybe someone in this forum could help me out.
Thanks in advance!

VATS does 2 things. It disables fuel injector operation, and disables the starter. I don't know what setup you will have as far as fuel delivery but one thing you will need to do is to disable the starter enable relay. It is located behind the kick panel on the driver side. Remove the relay and jump either of the 2 yellow wires to the tan/wht wire. That will bypass the starter enable circuit. Depending on how you intend to supply fuel I will need more specific info.
