No reverse lights!

I have no reverse lights on my 84 SC. It's a 4-spd man car and was wondering what to check. The bulbs are brand new.

Thanks,
Brandon

check your p/n safety switch if its an automatic. not sure what color the wire is coming off of it for reverse, but id start there. and if its a manual, im not sure how it works but im sure there is also a switch located near the shifter.

It is a 4-spd manual but I'll check around the shifter tomorrow.

I am not sure , but the reverse switch should either be on the trans, or on the column(with a rod connecting the trans shift linkages to the column(may not be like this on third gens, how it was on my old second gen)
