OK so my 85 Camaro starting having a weird problem today. I open the door and i have power, like to the dome light and power to the radio when i turn the battery on with the key. but then i try to actually start the car, it tries to turn for a second then lose total power. Then I am left with nothing from the batter at all untill i jump it from another car. The battery didn't lose power at all it just tripped something when i go to start the car and it cuts everything from the battery. It rained like hell today so I'm kinda hoping a connection is just wet or somthing. Any ideas?

 

It stopped raining for the first time in 3 days so I could finally look at my car and try and figure out whats wrong. Turns out the bolt holding my + battery terminal was loose. I'm so happy it wasn't some crazy electrical problem.
