Coolant Fan

Im having an electrical problem with my 1986 Trans Am. Im trying to rule out the coolant fan by testing the ressistance of the fan. I need to know the specification of the fan such as draw and resistance... Does anybody know those numbers for a stock 305 Trans Am? I also have the TPI. Or if you can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks

Re: Coolant Fan

Ok i ran a test and it is my fan motor causing problems. I still need to know those numbers so that i can get a new one. Or does anybody know if it is expensive to get a fan motor rebuilt?

Fantastic News

It’s not even expensive to buy a new one.

Only $25
