HIDS vs. Halos
I found some wicked HIDS for my 86 camaro but I'm pretty sure it would be illegal in Texas. And the Halos arent like your angel halos. which would be a better pick??

Re: HIDS vs. Halos
an HID and correct housing for that style bulb is far more useful than a halo light; halo's are for looks only, where as HID can aid in night driving

Re: HIDS vs. Halos
the key word there is "correct housing" that doesnt mean cheap h4 housing off ebay for $30 and then stuff a HID bulb in it.

Re: HIDS vs. Halos
but does the hid kit include housing with proper HID specific projectors in them? most likely not. and as stated halos are just a trim ring around a light, and just for looks. they dont provide any light to aid in driving at night.
are you saying you found a kit that included driving lights WITH halos? if thats the case, what kind of kit. links would be usefull.
